Everything is all right, but in Serious Modeler wrongly import tga file (Все в порядке, но в Serious Modeler ошибочно импортировать TGA файл)
You need to assign different materials to all your segments in UV map. Yes, get ready to crap. By the way, you can just colorize that mesh in Serious Modeler instead of creating so complicated atlas projection. >__>

You have shadows disabled in Serious Editor, so obviously you aren't going to get shadows on models. There are two buttons in upper left part of your SED window; they are to toggle shadows on and off.
