NFO and DSC Editor (also known as InFo Editor), is a software that allows you to make a NFO and DSC. It is made simple to cut short the making time, and thus making it possible to use it without any help.
This help file will go through the basics of using it, in case you don't know what to do.
Click on File > New > (NFO / DSC) to start a new document:
Click on File > Open > (NFO / DSC) to open a
file. Select a file when a dialog appears.
Note : Episode and Level NFO are merged together, so you
select "NFO (Episode / Level)" if you want to open an Episode NFO or a Level NFO
file.
Click on File > Save (OR Save As).
In the editor, type in and/or edit the description for the level. Finally, save the file.

In the editor, type in and/or edit the values for each items required in the textbox. For values which have a button '...' besides it, use it to open a browser to browse for a file required. When you finishing browsing, the path for the file is immediately put in.

In the editor, type in and/or edit the values for each items required in the textbox. Some items can be omitted, like the Loading Model, by unchecking the checkbox besides the name of the item. Grayed checkbox means that the item cannot be omitted, so you must type a value. For values which have a button '...' besides it, use it to open a browser to browse for a file required. When you finishing browsing, the path for the file is immediately put in.
There are some settings for the editor. Serious Sam 2 Path defines the directory of your Serious Sam 2. 'Show Status Bar Tip' will show tips every amount of seconds put in the textbox besides it (unless it is disturbed by another status). 'Make file (.dsc, .nfo) openable in editor' button makes all .dsc and .nfo files openable by just double-clicking.
